I love my new home!
May 29, 2025I am so glad I didn't listen to some rumors. This property cares about the happiness of their tenants and takes control of the bad ones. Nice, new apartment was given to me. Not like you would imagine for low income. I'm ecstatic.Review from Apartments.com
Beware
February 26, 2025New management in 2024. Very disrespectful to tenants. Condescending attitude towards tenants. Can't keep maintenance staff. Raised the rent excessively high with zero added for it. Snow removal and mowing are included in rent but it doesn't get done so tenants have to do it themselves. It is a HUD property so this is a good starter place or if you have no other options.Review from Apartments.com
