I've call Tall Timbers home for 3 years now and have never regretted 1 day! The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. Not only is the communication top notch, but they makes us feel more like family than residents

Laundry and parking are really bad.

Lived here not that long but laundry machines are broken. Parking is first come first served, forget about finding spaces at night. There are reserved spots that are usually almost empty. You have to pay $35 more a month to get your own reserved parking spot. Ludicrous. Also there are limited visitor parking spots so if its at night, there are no parking spots left and literally nowhere else to park your visitor's car without running the risk of getting towed. I live downstairs and I can hear my ...

We rent our apartment, site unseen and it was perfect. we are in our 60's and recently sold our house . We haven't lived in an apartment for over 10 years. we have no complaints and the complex is nice and cleaned.

I love my apartment! It's just me and I have no kids, so it stays clean! Everyone who visits always compliments it. I am from the North Shore area, and it's right in the center of it. It makes things so much easier to visit my family and friends whom also stay in the area. What's awesome is my mom stays down the sidewalk from me, and what's even better is my job is literally across the street; I can see my it from my balcony :) I love my bachelor pad!
