I have plenty of problems with my apartment getting fixed. This complex is a health hazard. Ive told the manager plenty of times I have cable/ac/water leaks issues! Ive been here for a year and still have no received my mailbox key. My whole floor was flooded and took her two months to respond back! I need hep. Rent is going to be here soon again and I don’t want to pay if NOTHING is still solved! She comes in and says its one thing and TRYS to fix it but she don’t know what shes talking about. ...

She always tells me to pay more than what my portal says. She turns phones off and never receives phone calls. Now they have three girls up there and nothing is getting done. So many of us are having issues. Property would be way better with NEW MANAGMENT

Avoid this apartment at all costs. Although the rent looks not expensive, there are a lot of hidden fees, so it's not inexpensive at all. The worst part is the maintenance. I had an issue with AC in the middle of August and it took two weeks for them to check it. I talked to the manager 5 times during that time, but they never did anything for 2 weeks. I started having the same issue with AC about 4 weeks ago. I talked to the manager a multiple times, they didn’t do anything. Meanwhile, when ...

someone moves out, they start working on the unit right away to get a new tenant. So it is so clear that they only care about getting new tenants, but but once you are in, they just ignore you. They were good before, but they are now under new management, Telos Property Management. They don't really care about existing tenants. So avoid this apartment at all cost.

Been here for about a year and a half, things were great at first. January '16 we started hearing animals in our walls, they said it was bats and they would have them removed. Nothing ever happened. Noises kept getting louder, then one morning in may I saw a rat run across my living room. Put it together that it wasn't bats in the wall, it was a rat infestation. They filled holes, (after a few days of calling and emailing) and put 1 single sticky mouse pad down. Said that's all they could do. We ...

complained daily, and wanted out of our lease because we didn't want to pay to live with rats and they said they would let us out then changed their minds and said they would let us transfer to one of the other properties they manage. Then they changed their minds again and said we can move 2 buildings down to a rat free apartment. In between that time, they rented out the apartment they were supposed to hold for us, tried to evict us, and said they won't even bother to go into the walls to get rid of the rat nests because it's too expensive. They have no problem with letting their complex be overrun with rats. Can't wait until march to be DONE with this place. Lots of other problems occur here too, don't waste your time and money. The only good thing about the place was Michelle the office manager, but she sadly left. It was at first a quiet place, just over the past year it has turned into a place where there is always loud music, trash piled up by dumpsters for weeks at a time, etc. A lot of long time renters are moving ASAP and I can't wait to do the same.
