Music is almost nightly

At one time, Tara Oaks was a great place to live. Now, there are no rules and is constant choas. Noise is a huge problem, music played outside like you are a bar until all hours of the night including week nights. It is hard to get any sleep. Parking lot is really bad. Visitor parking is full due to tenants parking there. Assigned parking makes no sense to apt. location. Gated access is usually broken. Swimming pool is never open. Pit bulls and large dogs are everywhere. Dogs left on patios ...
along with their waste, imagine the smell!!! Trash everywhere due to the litter bugs. Nights are busy with lots of people coming and going (read between lines). Fights and loud arguments daily. You are rarely able to get the office to answer the phone. The place is a MESS unfortunately!

Windows don’t close all the way so sounds are loud and hot and cold air rush in. Noise is a huge problem. Parking lot is really bad. Gated access is usually broken. Swimming pool is never open. Pit bulls everywhere. Dog waste is not picked up, even all over parking lot. Trash everywhere; litter bugs everywhere. Maintenance is responsive but they spend so much time daily picking up the trash all over the complex. First time I rented an apartment in a long time and I assumed background checks were ...
standard. Nope. Nights are busy with lots of people coming and going (read between lines). Fights and loud arguments daily. Roaches. File a service order for extermination and an outside contractor comes to spray the baseboard under sink; not allowed to spray in cabinets. Spiders. They come in the windows that don’t close all the way. Finally, 35 degrees in apartment during arctic storm mostly because windows do not close (bring your own window locks) and majority of windows don’t have screens. Just pass on this place. Disgusting.

The people working here are not helpful and refuse to give out a corporate number or owner. The water would get shut off constantly without notice. They have failed to provide me with Information about the return of my deposit. I’ve called over a dozen times with no reply.
I’ve given them all the information they have asked for a they avoid my calls.
The apt are not what they seem

Unfortunately we been having issues with the apartments.The apartment they gave us was completely the opposite of the model. The apartments are old , old appliances no backsplash ,walls are beat up and maintenance takes forever to fix something so small / simple. Been living at these apartments for less than 2 months
