April 18, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUpon moving in everything was painted over, the carpet was filthy and had an awful smell, ventilation had so much dust and grime on it , it didn’t work properly. There are roaches everywhere. They come from all the holes in the apartment. Do not move here unless you’re ready to deal with constant roach killing and spiders making webs over your door. Stairways are filthy, siding of buildings are unacceptably dirty.

June 7, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI've rented here before, place was infested with roaches, there's been MULTIPLE shootings and there was black mold in my bathroom they just PAINTED over... I asked if I could get a doctors note to get out of my lease cause I was pregnant at the time it was unhealthy and unsafe they agreed so I did then they still sent me a balance in the mail with a collections agency. Absolute HORRID management too!!!
