Roaches and pests
April 18, 2025Upon moving in everything was painted over, the carpet was filthy and had an awful smell, ventilation had so much dust and grime on it , it didn’t work properly. There are roaches everywhere. They come from all the holes in the apartment. Do not move here unless you’re ready to deal with constant roach killing and spiders making webs over your door. Stairways are filthy, siding of buildings are unacceptably dirty.Review from Apartments.com
Is the office open or closed
September 9, 2022How do you get in touch with the people that work in the office and then trying to call office for weeks on top of weeks no one picks up the phone it says hold on for operator there is no operator you leave a message no one returns your phone call you leave a text no one returns your text then when the situation gets worse they look at you and say well you should have contacted us well is the phones broke or are they working or are they just sitting in the office with the phone is off all day ...some people can't come in and out of the office some people do have jobsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

STAY AWAY
June 7, 2022I've rented here before, place was infested with roaches, there's been MULTIPLE shootings and there was black mold in my bathroom they just PAINTED over... I asked if I could get a doctors note to get out of my lease cause I was pregnant at the time it was unhealthy and unsafe they agreed so I did then they still sent me a balance in the mail with a collections agency.
