Good experience until I moved out!
June 13, 2019I was able to sublet my apartment after I graduated, but these guys MISTAKENLY drafted my account, as well as the new renter, for the rent after I had moved out. They admitted it was their fault, but after being told numerous times that the "check was in the mail", I'm finally told that there was a glitch and my money will be mailed "tomorrow", along with my deposit. I'm trying to simply recover the money wrongly removed from my bank account!!! This has caused me an overdraft for more than 2 ...weeks!! They've ignored my request for quick resolution and won't even agree to overnight the refund check!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
