The new management is unresponsive. Since they took over a car was stolen out of the garage because they never fixed the garage door. Call box and washer dryers havent been fully functional since I moved in. When maintenance does happen it’s last second.

Problems around the building get fixed very slowly or not at all. Communication with tenants is lacking. Street parking is unavailable due to a deal the apartment has with the city. So you must pay for their garage parking which is tight and most of the time has cars parked randomly. Laundry machines only take quarters and it ends up being $5 per load. However, it is clean and generally quiet with a decent rooftop deck.
