Avoid At All Cost! Nightmare Residence
February 26, 2025Photos are deceiving. Very unsafe place to live b/c of all the homeless & drug addicts in the neighborhood who sneak into the building. Awful manager refuses to do anything about it. There's no security. The manager, Christopher, doesn't maintain the building and units but rent keeps increasing. Constant hot water shut-offs, nonworking elevators, plumbing problems etc. Christopher is way in over his head and doesn't have the skill to manage a high-rise apartment building.Review from Apartments.com
