A well kept quite community in the heart of River Park. Convienient and close to shops and restaurants of all kinds. Friendly staff and accomidating. Close by highway access and located in a good clovis unified school district. What more could you ask for.

A Great Apartment For The Price

When I was looking for Apartments the choices for a quality place at a small budget was a bit of a task. Most other locations lacked safety or convenience of travel to popular eateries and shopping centers. Terrace View Apartments catered to both those needs plus more! I enjoy being able to walk to various places to eat and the overall feel of the apartment complex is very safe and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and green year round. They do not offer animals to live in the apartments ...

which is a good and bad thing. Good if you don't want to worry about the previous tenants tidiness with animals but bad if you currently own a dog or cat. They do not have washer dryer hook-ups in the apartments but offer multiple wash rooms with several units to use. I would recommend these Apartments to Anyone who is looking for a simple quiet place with ease of access to shopping, restaurants, and great schools.
