Think before deciding
April 20, 20181. Noise and leaking problems are common. You must keep calling the patrol, sometimes the operator will try to avoid helping you, need to be harsh! Unless they get the contractor, the leaking will not be solved. Their mechanic men are helpless. But the office will try to avoid getting the contractor in order to save money, need to be harsh! 2. Lost $500 or more when move out. They will charge you for carpet and paint replacement even without damage. They have a nine year circle for carpet ...replacement. However, they will always use tenants' deposit for replacement fee unless your carpet was just used for less than 3 years. Anyway, don't fully trust their billing statement, they will fix it to take at least $500 of your deposit. Also, don't really clean your room before move out. I saw many people clean their room while they all be charged a lot for cleaning. 3. Rent increases 10% per year. Policy not friendly for long-time liver. However, lots of bay area apartments have management problems and are all money-thirsty, this one may be just one of them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Westlake Village Apartments
October 4, 2015This is a great apartment for anyone wanting to escape the rush and noise of the fast paced city life but still be conveniently close to it. This apartment building is located within walking distance from the bay area BART transportation system, Century movie theater, Safeway grocery store as well as other great restaurants. The common areas are well maintained by the cleaning crew that comes out every weekday. The staff and neighbors are very friendly as well. My favorite part about this ...location is the amazing view of the Pacific Ocean I get with a just quick walk up the hill.
