May 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in this apartment for 5 years the management are one of the best you can imagine. Great services on repair and general maintenance. Prompt response to security issues with swift information to the residents. It's a family oriented apartment. I strongly recommend it for people looking for peace of mind.

December 28, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comBeen a tenant here for 2years and I made all payments in time. When eventually I had to leave to a better apartment these folks were jealous and gave me a hard time. These apartments are old and the area isn’t conducive at all. The general washers and dryers even spoil your own clothes. Roaches everywhere and everyday The leasing office team are liars and only smile at you when you there tenant You surely can get a better apartment with the same amount they will charge you.

August 18, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comTerraza Apartment is a decent apartment complex. We did not have any problems with neighbors or the leasing office. The apartments are kept together. We had a good stay. The only downfall about the apartment is parking for visitors is not respected and internet was not the best.
