Did not return my money!
July 23, 2019I lived there back in 2004-2007 and they did not give back my security deposit! The apartment was immaculate, notwithstanding needing a light carpet cleaning. You could not have a grill, I had to put my little grill in the trunk of my car, so inconvenient and stupid. Why not have renters get renters insurance Incase of fires.Review from Apartments.com

Thaia Landing Apartments
July 28, 2015Apartment is in a low income housing. The place is not bad, but its not great. They just changed management in the beginning of the year. Requests for repairs can take time, and sometimes never happens. Filters no changed on scheduled time per their paper work. The neighbors are good. Once and awhile there is some rack but we all work together to help in keeping the peace.Review from Apartments.com
