      This property comes “AS IS” and boy are they right! Asking management to do their jobs is like asking a fish to fly! Most reports will go unanswered, or without any sort of follow up whatsoever. The police are here so often you’d think this is a police station! The walls are very thin so if you’re an upstairs tenant, you’ll likely have multiple noise complaints against you. If you bring anything of concern to managements attention, be ready to be disregarded, discriminated against, and treated ...

      The management here is poorly run and they tell you to take it or leave it .Looks like they run a skeleton crew to save money. Instead of making the parking easy, they put you on the opposite end of the building and make it hard. I was told there was no way they would change that knowing there were parking spaces right in front of my 3rd floor apartment. I have spoken to several others who said the same thing. The grounds are filthy and they don't hose down the garbage, or sweep the parking lot, ...
      or replace the wipes and paper towels in the gym. The lawns are in rough shape. The air conditioning is right in the living room so you cannot hear the tv when it is running. Take it or leave it they say. Once you sign the lease they have you.
