March 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comwould strongly advise against living here. The property has serious issues, including mold, which made me feel consistently sick during my time there. There are also ongoing problems with rodents—rats were able to climb onto the balcony (I have photos/videos to document this). The living experience itself is extremely uncomfortable. The owners live on-site and frequently monitor tenants, often complaining about normal living activities like having guests, noise, or even basic day-to-day use of ...the space. The unit has very poor sound insulation, so there is little to no privacy. Additionally, the charges are excessive and unreasonable. I was quoted $500 to unclog a toilet, $1,800 for a scratched floorboard, and $2,400 for minor surface scratches. It feels like tenants are constantly at risk of being charged inflated fees. While our company policy is to avoid responding to online reviews, in this case we believe it is important to provide accurate context. We strongly dispute these claims, as they do not reflect the condition of the property or the facts of this tenancy. First of all, we are not aware, nor were we ever communicated to regarding, any confirmed issues of mold or rodents. There is no onsite ownership or monitoring as described. The charges referenced were not arbitrary—they were the result of documented, tenant-caused damage and based on actual repair costs, including excessive misuse that damaged a brand-new plumbing system after multiple prior warnings, significant and permanent flooring damage requiring replacement, and extensive wall and unit damage (including over 25 metal BBs imbedded into the walls that were shot out of a gun by the reviewer) that required extensive repairs. In over 60 years of proud stewardship of ...our properties, we rarely see damage to this extent. We maintain detailed records and apply standards consistently. We stand behind our property and management practices, have immense pride in the way we operate, and feel this review does not accurately represent the typical resident experience.
