Leasing office
April 17, 2024If I can give it 0 stars I would….Idk how you can run an apartment complex without the leasing office open! This place is never open, can NEVER get ahold of anyone! Not to mention, maintenance is just as hard to get ahold of. They don’t have a maintenance emergency number.Property Manager Responded

Dirty and Broken
December 18, 2021As a resident currently packages hardly ever get delivered to this correct location. Most of my items have been stolen, box ripped open and trash put inside. I work from home so that's maybe a 15 to 20 minute different from delivery to me checking my door or going down stairs to see what nice box I have waiting with crap. People with "service dogs" lie and let them run up on pregnant women, kids and an older man plus don't pick up the poop. Almost all the grass is covered in dog crap. Elevator is ...usually broken. Watch where you step someone just spit on the ground again and from the color of mucus might be sick too. Weight room, kids play room and media/ lounge are always locked. It's only for show. Right by the highway so it's loud so invest in a sound machine and good curtains to block just a little bit of noise. Also must catch someone in office or hope they answer to put in a work order, nothing online works to get ahold of anyone. Just waiting for my year to be up. Would be zero as possible
August 23, 2021I called multiple times inquiring about an apartment listing to which they never answer the phone or responded back to me. Don’t create listings and provide a contact number if you cannot be contacted at that number within your business hours, the unprofessionalism is through the roof.Property Manager Responded
