    • Awesome management

      March 18, 2021
      I have lived here 10 years. There have been a few issues and they were handled right away by landlord. The management also does preventive pest spraying every three months. The landlord and owner cares about the tenants and their employees. This building is quite, affordable and well taken care of. Also it is convenient to access bus routes and shopping areas.

      Apartment is large and utilities are included in the rental rate. Awesome, BUT the management is awful. I have been here a few months and during that time, my fridge went out. I call the manager on Saturday and they didn't get anyone out there till Tuesday. Had to throw away all my food. Called the owner of the property to see if he could help with anything... It has been 2 months and he still has not returned my call. The neighbor lady next door to me said her fridge went out twice since she has ...
      lived there. The maintenance guy that serviced my fridge said that he had three call that week about the same issue and that all the fridges in all the units are all over 10 years old. Just food for thought if you are planning on living here.
