November 30, 2023This property is not only just visually pleasing, but the leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and always accommodating to the tenants. Horrible, do not move in here.
July 11, 2023The property owner spent more money on the aesthetics of the building but failed on everything else. This luxury complex lacks multiple details, & it's not worth it; or moving into. Avoid it, unless you enjoy the constant repairs needed. Fire alarms going off, the noise, & the garbage shoots backing up constantly.Review from Apartments.com
Club not Bar
March 18, 2023This is a mixed use community so noise is expected but If you are interested in living at Allison Fenton BEWARE especially if you have children. The Cowboy Bar is actually a club that is open until 2AM Thursday- Saturday. It is loud and can be heard in your apartment from 8 pm until 2:30 when they clear everyone out.Review from Apartments.com
