don’t waste your time
June 1, 2021These people that own the property will allow people to submit applications then setup appointments to view apts then tell you said apartment is gone and there is nothing like it available and tell you they didn’t know anyone else was interested. Total waste of time.Property Manager Responded

Management company makes the place bad
January 16, 2019I have lived here for a year and a half. Not the nicest apartments in the world, but the rent is good especially for the location so not much in that area is expected. It's the management company that is what makes this place horrible. The old management company wasn't bad, but now it's run by WPM, and they are the most incompetent management company I've ever had to deal with in my 8 years of renting.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Apartment around JHU
May 1, 2017This is the worst apartment you can possibly find around JHU. The management is poor, the facility is old, and the lease is very deceiving. The room doesn't have AC and the surrounding is always crowded. The property manager rarely reply to email in time and they are only polite to you before you sign up the contract. The lease is awful too, it doesn't allow early termination and you can hardly find this very sentence in the contract saying No such termination of the Lease. In one word, stay ...away from this property!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
