Plumbing doesn’t work my garbage disposal doesn’t work and a lot of things weren’t fixed prior to me showing up. I have informed multiple staff members since last week Tuesday about certain things needing to be fixed and have gotten only the dryer to work since then.

This apartment was better than I thought! The staff is very nice. Ryan is open to aid me, and the Manger is patient, which motivated me to stay. The place is very quiet and very spacious

Been here for 6yrs now. Love the area. Workers are friendly and helpful. They maintain the complex looking great. Living across the theme park is great.

A wonderful experience living here at Arbor Walk, cozy houses and plenty of parking, the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Very good location, lots of shops and very busy area, there's a gas station nearby, a supermarket and much more.

Office is very helpful and nice. The cement stairs and landings could use a power wash. There is plenty of parking and optional garages. I have found it to be a quiet apartment community and feel safe here.

So far it seems like a nice place to live, only been here just under a month so far. Hopefully I continue to feel this way as time goes on. I really like the layout of the flats and the master closet is amazing.

We love the apartment. We just wish we didnt have to put in maintenance requests for the same things over and over. We like that there is a dog park where we can let the pups run out energy and that it is a gated community.

Great place for the price, attentive staff and friendly neighbors. Few small imperfections in the apartment but nothing major that couldn’t be fixed. Was very pleased to see what the apartment had to offer. The huge walk in closet was definitely the best feature!

Not bad. No issues so far. One complaint is that the floors need to be fixed and we never got a filter for the range hood. But other than that. No other issues.
