So far it seems like a nice place to live, only been here just under a month so far. Hopefully I continue to feel this way as time goes on. I really like the layout of the flats and the master closet is amazing.

We love the apartment. We just wish we didnt have to put in maintenance requests for the same things over and over. We like that there is a dog park where we can let the pups run out energy and that it is a gated community.

Great place for the price, attentive staff and friendly neighbors. Few small imperfections in the apartment but nothing major that couldn’t be fixed. Was very pleased to see what the apartment had to offer. The huge walk in closet was definitely the best feature!

Not bad. No issues so far. One complaint is that the floors need to be fixed and we never got a filter for the range hood. But other than that. No other issues.

We love the apartment and the community. We do wish that we didnt have to put in continual tickets for the same things and that the monthly bill was a little easier to read. Just needs to be more straight forward rather than breaking everything down by weekly costs.

I would give it a 5 but when I first moved in the roof leaked like crazy then the landscaping in the back the trees were cut down and just left back there then the hurricane came and trees were down and also just left back there and still back there for over a year

Things I've liked since moving here: the amount of space I'm getting for what I'm paying for, a pool and a gym, generally nice neighbors, entering a (mostly) clean apartment on move-in day, quick responses to maintenance requests. Things I've had an issue with: being told after paying the admin fee that I would receive the lease soon (I did not receive it until move-in day, over a month later), a car parked in front of my apartment that neighbors said they already spoke to management about and ...
no action has been taken, balcony was not clean and management said I had to clean it myself with water and bleach.
