Renters Reviews and Ratings
Horrible place
November 2, 2017DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrible and does not respond well to the needs of he tenants. If you file complaints, they go unheard and you end up getting evicted for no reason. The manager has retaliated against tenants who complained about noisy neighbors and other things. They ignore the fact that tenants have family members live there who are not seniors are on the lease. Do not let your loved ones even attempt to move here!Property Manager Responded

No End to the Paperwork
August 23, 2016I applied for an apartment at The Arbors on Wintergreen in July and today I am still waiting to find out if I will be living there. Daily, I have been asked to provide one more document and after providing the requested document, I have been asked to provide yet another. After more than 30 days, I am still waiting to find out if I will be able to move in and when.
