June 10, 2020I sublet from another tenant which can be convoluted most of the time, but it was a very smooth and easy process with this company. The units have a lot of sunlight and space. The location is barely a 5 minute walk to the metro, and it's right in downtown Bethesda. For the price and location, its perfect. Although the buildings may be a little older, I never had any issues and everything is very well taken care of. Daniel, the property manager, lives on site and is very responsive with all ...communication.
