The owners, staff, and management all take pride in the property. It's cleaned daily and any issues that may arise, which is a rare occurrence, are promptly addressed. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and the views are unreal; the owners give gift baskets to residents every 1-3 months as a token of their appreciation for our patronage. The Bellagio has been a great experience. Wonderful neighbors, wonderful amenities and great staff. The views of Irondequoit Bay are great. Heated garage in the winter is an added benefit! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for an experience that goes beyond apartment living.

I've been here only for a few months but so far the place is just perfect for me. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The facilities are very good with the exception of some small issues with some gym equipment. Other than that, it's a great place for singles or couples, and pet owners.

Moved in three weeks ago. Phil the leasing agent was extremely helpful with all my needs. Live on the fourth floor overlooking Irondequoit Bay, and the view exceptional. Entrance way beautiful and clean, staff very helpful and friendly and tenants professional! Underground parking a bonus come winter. I hear very little noise at The Bellagio!

The noise in this place is unbelievable you will regret moving in here 10 minutes after you do it. Unless you're on the top floor all you hear is the people above you stomping around all day long. Parking in the summer is a another nightmare of this place... Do yourself a favor and stay away.
