Great Tour Experience at Belmar
August 19, 2025I recently toured Belmar and was really impressed with how welcoming and professional the staff was. They walked me through different floor plan options and highlighted the community amenities, which were all very well maintained. The units felt modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and smart layouts. I also appreciated how clean the property was overall, it gave a great first impression. Although I haven’t signed a lease yet, the tour made Belmar stand out compared to other ...communities I’ve visited in Portland.
