    The rent is a decent price that doesn't change, paying it is easy and you get your receipt and break down per charge. Also maintenence is impeccable and quick to service any issue that arises. The office managers are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns.

    I went into the Canterbury square leasing office on yesterday and requested to see a 2-bedroom apartment the office staff was so sweet and welcoming really made me feel welcome the apartment wasn’t brand new but it’s a place that looks to be able to call home I have submitted my application for an apartment and I can’t wait to hear back from the office

  • 0 STARS! Bed bugs

    Just DON’T. PLEASE!!!!!!! Moved here in 2017 and stayed only two months after realizing the complex had a bed bug infestation. I spoke to my neighbor and she stated she has the issue, but management won’t fix it! I even spoke to maintenance and they were aware of the issue! The property refused to let an outside pest control company inspect my apartment due to fear of being held financially responsible for the pest control costs! I was unable to break my lease due to this issue. Management did ...
    not care at all! That agreed to let me out of my lease, but filed an eviction after I already moved out and the office manager lied to the judge stating that I remained on the premises, after I clearly had moved out! Don’t be fulled by the new renovations, it’s just to cover up their “bed bug problem!

  • DONT MOVE HERE!

    If i could Give it 0 star rating i would! Horrible management! Moved out since September and still haven’t revived our security deposit! Ridiculous! Called about it and the leasing manager wants to send the check again but wants to Charge 35 dollars just to send it again! I’m telling you if you have any choice please don’t move here! Horrible horrible management

      We apologize, but unfortunately the checks were sent out. When a residents gives a (30) day notice to vacate, they sign & initial a paper acknowledging, if checks have to be reissued. New deposit refund checks will be a $35.00 per check reissuing fee. The $35.00 dollar per check includes a stop of payment fee that the bank charge us. Once the checks are placed in the mail we have no control over the mail. It normally would take about 5-7 business days before you will receive the checks. Please keep in mind that It's more traffic volume then usually. Thanks again for your feedback we will work on coming up with a better plan to make sure this doesn't happen again.

    I am a flood victim of 2016 and Julie and Ms. Mae along with the staff at Canterbury Square are the best. When the flood came, i was looking for somewhere to go and thank God that I was able to get an apartment there. It was a quick process for me and thank God for favor. I've been there a year and a couple of months and I plan on being here for a long time. Just want to encourage Julie, Ms. Mae and the entire staff to keep up the good work.     quiet environment. I would recommend Canterbury Square on River Road to anyone that's looking for a place to call "HOME".
