Great Building, Could Use Upgrades
August 23, 2015Nothing beats living in midtown! The trees, the old buildings, so much better then living in cookie cutter apts. However living in older buildings does have a downside if upgrades have not been done. Central Air is installed but done TERRIBLY to where the house barely cools off. Old carpet, paint and amenities that could really use some "new life".Review from Apartments.com
