January 28, 2022Bixby is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Moving into what I though was a decent modern apartment turned out to be a roach infested icebox. The property was not cleaned properly prior to moving in, after moving in with a newborn child we first realized that the apartment was roach infested among a host of other issues during a pandemic multiple people have been in and out with our newborn to fix a number of things. Additionally we were forced to leave the apartment with a two week ...old for the to spray and glaze the tub. We showered with water shoes for two weeks because the tub was gross. Beware!
December 30, 2019Living here was a horrendous experience for us. The landlord there, Lupita, is the absolute WORSE! Very bad communication. We couldn't wait for our lease to be up and get out of there. There's always plumbing issues which is always a drag. Water gets shut off for repairs and she won't even let you know when it's ok to use the water again. On our first night there, the previous tenant walked into our apartment WITH A KEY because the landlord didn't collect them all! FIRST NIGHT!
