August 29, 2023If I could do a negative star review I would . Very dirty carpets in the hallway smell like urine . Certain employees are very nosey and like drama very unprofessional. Leaks on the roof Leaks on the AC. DO NOT RENT HERE!
March 10, 2023Please don’t not rent here, they will charge you extra upon move out and add on charges that you did not cause. If you want to lose out on your deposit and have to pay extra money then this is the place for you.Property Manager Responded

Nice Place to live

VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE
July 18, 2017I'm a young single woman and have lived here almost a year. I've never felt unsafe. The buildings/grounds are always clean and well kept. Office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance also responds quickly. It's quiet - I never hear my neighbors and I know they have a toddler. I'm not sure what else I could ask for.Review from Apartments.com
This place....
August 10, 2016Where to begin. The management company that runs this place is a joke. Didn't help out anything that I had asked to either be fixed or my neighbors throwing their cig buts on my side of the deck. Hallway always smelled like cig smoke. Female neighbor always wandered around in her underwear and shirt all hours of the day. Had 40-50 people in and out...pretty sure she was dealing drugs or her body. They never sent out a notice to the building like they were going to. The only good thing about ...this place is that you only have to pay for electric and Internet. Nice Place to Live
July 25, 2016I have lived here for almost a year now and I enjoy my apartment. Overall the building is quiet and the office people are nice and try to help with whatever they can within reason. The pool is nice, I love the card laundry machines and I have never felt unsafe here. They are pet friendly which is nice and the grounds and buildings are always well maintained and clean. The only negative thing I have to say are that my neighbors in particular are very loud and have a constant flow of visitors in ...and out throughout the day and night. They also smoke on their deck and it all comes into my apartment, as well as the fact that their butts end up on my deck as well. After complaining to management about it, they offered to write up a notice to them, and our entire floor so as not to single them out, but it never happened.
