December 29, 2025In general apartment is OK, but there are many areas for improvement. One of the 2 elevators in my building has been broken for months with no signs of repairs. The windows are in such poor shape water leaks into the window tracks when it rains. Likewise, in the winter there is a lot of frost build-up on the inside of the windows. This may be why the wood sills are rotting. The carpeting in my unit is very old, and looks old, but is deemed as OK.Review from Apartments.com

December 31, 2025I like it here. The last manager in the back office was not great but once she left the living conditions improved. Rent is getting a bit high though for the area and I will likely move next year. Thanks though overall!Review from Apartments.com

December 26, 2025This September will mark my 3rd lease signed at the Burlington! This complex is not only affordable but has the amenities that exceed expectations. December 22, 2025I've lived here for 3 years. The area is great as it is close the MN state fair, Como Zoo, and many restaurants on Snelling AVE. The patio with mesh is one of my favorite things of my apartment. You dont have to worry about bugs or debris flying in! your pets will love the fresh air and feel safe behind the mesh.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025There needs to be more security, people trespass all the time in the garage and buildings. There needs to be better cleaning of the snow, and salting, specially the main entrances and side stairs as well as walk paths. Maintenance has to be a bit more on top of the requests, there’s always something wrong at the gym…Property Manager Responded

There’s still some people who can’t seem to bother to throw their trash down the trash chute or residents who get a little too loud or don’t deal with their animals quickly, but overall the grounds and inside has improved immensely, and I think you’ve guys have a good job maintaining it and eliminating of problems in a timely basis.Property Manager Responded
