Worst Property Ever

This apartment is the worst. I'm a past tenant. They charge a REFUNDABLE fee for the remotes for the gate. When you move out and return the remotes. They will tell you that they didn't have any record of you purchasing the remote and won't return your deposit. They won't fix things as promised. The maintenance will just access your apartment without any prior warning and go through your things. Don't do it! There's several other better properties to choose from.

This is the worst apartment in little rock! They are only good in talking but no actions. They would not address any issues you have with the unit but they are quick to send unprofessional messages and emails to remind you about the monthly payment even though they were already paid on time. Seems that the management is so poor that they just hire anyone without proper knowledge on their job. If you want to save yourself from headaches, don’t even try to stay here. Little rock has a lot more ...

better apartments than this.

Don’t Move Here If You Want Peace of Mind

The apartment is outdated. The stove is old and falling apart. The floors were black with stains from glue they used to put it together. Filth gets on the bottom of your feet no matter how much you mop bc they didn’t put the floors together on clean concrete. Spiders, leeches and other insects come inside the house everyday. Mold in the cabinets and don’t won’t replace it. Washer and dryer broke down at the same time. You can hear gunshots at night. Breezeway is filthy. Mold in patio doors.

So many maintenance issues with my apartment i had to call or email them so much just to get work done (which never got done)...They don’t answer the phone or emails and is hardly in office. I am deadly allergic to wasps and my apartment had horrible wasps and they did not care. Just horrible and not to mention they can be so rude sometimes in the office with horrible communication issues not only with their residents but, within the workers itself.

If I could give negative stars I would. My experience with “this place” was the WORST!! I had paid my security deposit to move in, but had not signed the lease yet and unfortunately I was involved in a car accident where my car was totaled. I had made out a budget and a new car payment was not in my plans so I told the apartment complex that I could not in good faith move there and put myself in a bind. The apartment complex’s response was we’re sorry about your accident but we can’t give you ...

your deposit back. I just wanted to talk to someone other than the people in the office to explain to them what happened but everyone in that office gave me the run around and never had the decency to let me talk to anyone else. I understand if they couldn’t give me my whole deposit back but they gave me nothing and they never got back with me again. I know “this place” ain’t that hard up for money!! I don’t appreciate how I was treated at all. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

I love this apartment complex! All of the apartments are spacious, with large walk-in closets, and balconies. The apartments all wrap around the office in a large u-shape with plenty of parking. The apartment complex is a gated community and the staff are very welcoming. A large hospital is right across from the complex, and a little ways down the road is a fire station.

Out-in-the-Woods has a lot of potential. It's in a great location in town, it has very kind staff, and the units are well laid out. But there are some maintenance issues. The appliances are pretty out of date and in the older buildings need replacing. The older buildings also have issues with being properly sealed so electric bills can start getting pretty high. There have been some issues with some of the tenets but thankfully management has started to be more strict and the crazier ones ...

no longer reside here. Overall a pleasant place to live. It mostly needs a bit of of polish inside and out and it would be great.
