November 1, 2022Can’t ever get ahold of anyone. Poor management, poor customer service; If I could give no stars that’s what it would be. All they care about is money. Can’t use the washer/dryers because there’s always an issue and last time all my clothes were burned/melted by the dryer But because they’re not owned by the property they do not care. I’m so tired of this management and this property and many other residents are too.Property Manager Responded
November 28, 2022Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your issues. There has been a change in office staff and maintenance starting the end of July. I cannot speak for the previous staff but can guarantee, we are always in the office during business hours excluding lunch. My new staff is working hard to fix all prior concerns that have been brought to our attention, including yours, which has been resolved. If a message is left we will return your call. In regards to the washer and dryers. Yes, we do not own the washers/dryers and therefore cannot assume responsibility for damages. We did however contact the company as soon as it was brought to our attention and had them serviced. All we ask is that you give us time to fix issues. Me and my staff take pride in our property and working hard to make needed changes

March 21, 2018Carrington Ridge Apartments has been my family's home for almost 2 years now. The staff are AMAZING! They are friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. They throw holiday parties and get-togethers to build the already strong sense of community we have here. Our neighbors become friends easily and everyone takes care of everyone else. The rent is very affordable compared to most apartments in the area and the apartments are modern with new appliances. The maintenance men are fast, ...friendly, and effective. Older Apartments, Great Community
March 21, 2018I have been living here for a few years. Over those years I've seen new ownership and management. It was once impossible to get work done but not anymore. Now if anything is wrong it gets fixed right away. The new management has cleaned up the property as well as keeping it quiet and a nice place to live. I know the office is under construction right now which is great since the clubhouse has become a real community center. The management is really working to turn our apartment living into a ...community where everyone knows your name. March 21, 2018Management is excellent; community is quiet, maintenance is very responsive, and they are updating with renovations! I just renewed my lease as this is the best bang for your buck, especially in this area and with the school district. There is a courtesy officer living on site with 24/7 access as well.
