Horrible management

Management does nothing about the numerous break ins in the building.
The cameras are not functioning, therefore footage cannot be provided to the police, yet, the lease states "functioning cameras".
They raise the rent too often, and don't provide the best maintenance.
The managers live there for free, and NEVER HAD ANY OF THEIR ITEMS BROKEN INTO..hmm? #insidejob

The Casitas Townhomes truly is luxury living. You have an individual space with peace and quiet. The neighbors and management is very friendly also. there is surveillance everywhere so I feel so safe and at home here!
