    I haven't had hot water in 11 months and the refuse to fix it. They said they would bring the plumber in when they inspected on January 23, 2025 and I even sent a maintenance request to remind them, but they deleted it. My tub is now backed up with water from yesterday's shower. When they inspected in April, I told them about the slow drain and they said they would fix it. I have had a slow drain since I moved in. I had to yell at them for three weeks when I moved in to get them to fix it. Every ...

    I don't understand why the landscaping isn't being taken better care of. For the amount of money being paid by each resident, one would think the management company would have done something with the closed laundry room. Not worth the money it costs to live here

    Nice, quiet area. One of the only places left that has somewhat reasonable rent prices. Quick maintenance when needed, love the luxury of having washer dryer in unit for the price as well.

    So far pleased with everything... Yolanda was super helpful with info applying and signing the lease. The apartment is freshly renovated and cute, parking is easy, and it's been quiet.
