July 12, 2024If you are looking for a place that is good at taking care of property and the needs of theirresidents, this is not the place. Unit has been without AC for a few days now, and will be out until Wednesday during the Summer.Property Manager Responded

Anniversary
March 29, 2019I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary at the club apartments. 1st off I want to say this I was not looking forward to my monthly rent going higher BUT I will take the increase if it means dealing with a apartment home that knows what they are doing. Yes I have had my share of apartment home issues, but the office people never hesitate to take care of the issue first hand. In all my years in apartment homes I have never seen employees so passionate and eager to assist and get the job done. I will be back!!!!!!!!
January 22, 2016This is my last month at the Club at Coldwater springs. I am wrapping up to head to the west coast to help my family. I have to say its been a great experience. if I had to go back 3 years and do it all over again I would still pick this particular place! I didn't have any issue with anything and if I needed or required something I would call or email them while I was at work and they took care of everything before I got home. there was rent increases throughout the years but to be honest with ...you I would take a rent increase to keep that peace and medium in my surroundings. overall I am happy with the choice I made to live at the Club at Coldwater Springs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
