New move in Boyfriend and myself found apartment in clean, painted and great condition when we moved in. Staff was nice and love the elevators for moving in. The man across the hall was polite and told us he enjoyed living here. We made a good choice.

The apartment is very big with large walk in closet space. Eat in the kitchen, room for a dining set. dish washer garbage disposal. Important, Good security and beautiful Gates on the lobby. Delivery of packages to a secure sample apartment to be called and then I can pick up my delivery. Like Colony North very much. Happy Tenant

Don’t care about safety or personal property

I’ve had packages stolen in the mailroom. They don’t have ANY cameras anywhere. What if someone got assaulted and there’s no proof. The worst part is, I told the office and they told me to send my packages to the sample room...sent packages to be mailed to the sample room and it’s even worse. Nobody was there and my package was outside of the sliding doors on a bench freely available for someone to steal it yet again. There’s roaches everywhere, my neighbor across the street screams late at night ...

in the hallway, gets the cops called on them as well to me waking up at 6am to them banging on their door. This place is not worth even looking at.
