The smelly elevator is dreadfully slow and the stairs cannot be used because the doors are locked (access to the various floors from the stairwell is prohibited). Sound penetrates the ceilings, floors and walls easily, so be grateful if you don't have a noisy neighbor above, below or anywhere else near you. The building seems to be primarily a temporary shelter for homeless veterans because everybody leaves as soon as they can - WITHOUT THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
