It is an older building, which is why I chose this one, however, the rent price is higher than it should be for the type of building it is. You can tell everything in the apartment is older, especially the appliances and the paint they've selected to use. The windows are difficult to open etc. However, the environment is friendly and the staff are exceptional.

The staff is great, maintenance gets to any issues quickly, the people that live in the apartment are also very friendly and make me feel at home.
