June 15, 2022It is an older building, which is why I chose this one, however, the rent price is higher than it should be for the type of building it is. You can tell everything in the apartment is older, especially the appliances and the paint they've selected to use. December 22, 2021Lowertown is a growing neighborhood, and a lot of people will be moving into downtown. There are a lot of renovated buildings and brand new buildings, but it's the personnel in these buildings that are an integral part of you living experience. The staff at the Cosmo have immediately responded to many concerns and maintenance issues I've had over the years.
