September 10, 2025Over 50 years old couple have been here for almost 4 months. Our apartment is close to the office, mailboxes and pool. It's a 2 bedroom and we share a wall with another unit. We are lucky because she's extremely quiet. Everthing is beautiful and works for our needs. I love having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The utilities aren't bad and we run the A/C at 68°constantly. The office staff has been wonderful and seem to resolve the issues pretty quickly. The Maintenance guys are exceptional and ...very sweet! The amenities that I use is the gym, heated pool and hot tub. They have always been clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking infront of our place. Every time I pull up I love seeing the landscaping. Are there issue? Any shared living space is going to have issues because some people are just knuckleheads and dont READ the lease or follow the rules. Luckily the office staff have faced those issues head on to create a beautiful community!Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2025Moving into our new home has been such a great experience. The space is modern, well-designed, and feels like the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The layout gives us the privacy we want while still feeling open and inviting. The community has been equally wonderful, friendly neighbors, well-kept surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home right away. We’re close to local shops, parks, and everything we need, which makes daily life convenient and ...enjoyable. August 4, 2025Love living here! It’s quiet and a beautiful community! Love my unit and the view I have from my place! The dog park is great! Only one thing: is people need to seriously pick up for their dogs but overall it’s a good community! With great amenities and maintenance is great they’re quick at responding to anything you need fixed or repaired!Property Manager Responded
