I LOVE LIVING AT THE COTTAGES AT CONWAY!!!!!

The Cottages at Conway is a great place to live. This is the best apartment home in Conway for Seniors. Most everyone that lives here I friendly. The property is beautiful and has a great community atmosphere. The property is always well maintained and the staff is great. They plan activities for those of us that live here and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and that they belong here. I LOVE living here and I plan to stay here forever. I love that I have everything here ...
to do. I can use the fitness center whenever I want. We have movies in our movie theater. I can have coffee in the morning in the Community Room. I can grill in the picnic area. I can read in the library. There is so much to do here and when you are on a budget, as I am it is nice to have all this right here without ever leaving my home. I appreciate the sense of security that we have with the fence and security gate. I like that people cannot just come in out of the building at night without knowing someone that lives here to let them in.

These apartments are brand new (opened in June, 2015) and are for people over 55 years old with limited income. They have one and two bedroom large apartments. Many of the apartments have balconies. There is no pool, but they have a fitness room, grilling area, a library, a business center, a community room and a movie theater. These apartments are spacious and have washer/ dryer hookups in each, but also have a large laundry room on the second floor (there are three floors). The management and ...
maintenance staff are extremely friendly and fantastic. They care about each resident and take care of problems very promptly. They arrange activities like Meet and Greet, Coffee and Conversation mornings, and Game nights, as well as various movie showings. With some restrictions, they even allow pets. I do not think I have ever lived in a nicer place.
