We’ve been living here since 2023, never a late payment, never a complaint. Our hardwood floors began warping bc of the roots (we’re on the first floor), the tile in the bathroom was so poorly done their dry concrete dust in all the corners, mice is a huge issue, but these were things we were willing to live with for the moment. Then came last Saturday our heat went out, we were given one space heater by a drunk maintenance man, and it’s been 6 days, still no heat and we’re told there won’t be ...

any until Tuesday, this week it’s -4 w a high of 16. I have a 10 year old, they don’t plow or put salt down the parking lots a MESS, you can hear your neighbor tiptoeing upstairs, people smoke in the apt and it fills your apt, owners are sexist and treat us less than human.

Roaches all over the apartments, maintenance people leave messes in your unit and come all the time without permission. On the actual lease it says maintenance can come in your unit without permission needed. Apartment is not worth what they rent it out for. Packages always get stolen I literally stopped ordering stuff to my apartment because I never can get home in time before someone takes it.

everywhere- in the grass, on the road, flying around. Dog poop in every courtyard. Hallways are atrocious, rugs are disgusting. Mice and rats will be your new best friends. Maintenance will never come to do anything you request. Floors are thinner than paper so get used to hearing your neighbors entire life.

The day I seen my apartment was the day I moved in and the kitchen drawers had dead roaches, dead roaches in the bathroom as well. zero. Previously (as recent as July 2020) you could park in any open spot and finding a parking space wasn’t an issue. Now It doesn’t matter if you live in a 2 or 3 bedroom unit, you are assigned one spot only. Great if there were enough open spots for residents. You arrive and there are several assigned spots which are vacant (available) but zero unassigned spots to park. Bear in mind that street parking is not an option. So You are forced to park illegally and get ticketed by cops or in someone’s assigned spots and risk being towed for a minimum of $255. Your other option is to sleep in your car which nobody should be subjected to.

I was referred to this property from its sister company (which is where I wanted to live) and was highly disappointed that I can not view on the weekend. I work full time and was able to view their other property on Sunday so I am confused as to why I cant view here. I did however drive through the complex to see if I would want to live there and I must say that the complex is not for me. Hopefully a unit will open at the other property soon

We have just moved in to this complex at the end of August. We are extremely happy with our brand new renovated apartment. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.
