NOT Smoke Free
September 20, 2018The is a beautiful property and we love our luxury apartment. Our uint is private and quiet. The management is wonderful but the property is NOT smoke free as stated above in the description. My neighbors are very nice but the smokers are extremely inconsiderate and smoke constantly. Don't plan on enjoying your deck or patio without breathing secondhand smoke. Don't plan on having your windows open or hanging out at the pool or just simply taking a walk without breathing secondhand smoke. The ...smoke acculates against our front door and sundeck door and when we open either door to go out, a cloud of second hand smoke wafts into our beautiful home. We have a nice sun deck, but can't enjoy it without being subject to disgusting cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, we cannot enjoy a nice evening outdoors at all without the smokers polluting the air. The property truly deserves 5 stars but couldn't honestly give 5 stars because of the smoke issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lovely community in old Fair Oaks
September 12, 2015I love it here! Apartments are clean and feel luxurious with a fireplace, patio/balcony, indoor washer/dryer (a must!),crown molding, nice kitchens with cherry cabinetry and granite counter tops, private garages as well as carports. The grounds, pool and spa are well maintained. There's even a poolside grill. Residents are friendly and neighborly. Property management is friendly, responsive, helpful and downright caring. They throw monthly events in the clubhouse, whether it be breakfast, a ...bbq potluck or holiday celebration. I personally love that they'll accept your deliveries in the office even offering to leave them in your garage or apartment. Such a lifesaver when I cannot get to the office before closing. And last but not least, it's just minutes from the quaint Fair Oaks Village and American River bike trails. You got to check them out!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
