Park Place has been a wonderful place for my student to call home while attending Baylor. The location is unbeatable!! Being within walking distance to campus makes day-to-day life so much easier for students.
What really stands out is the sense of community and the amenities that give students great places to relax, study, and connect with friends. From the fitness center to the study spaces and common areas, there are plenty of options that support both academic success and a fun college ...

The property is currently going through some exciting renovations, and while construction can sometimes be inconvenient, it’s clear the management team is committed to making meaningful improvements. The staff has been responsive, supportive, and focused on creating the best possible environment for residents.
Overall, Park Place continues to be a great choice for Baylor students, and we’re excited to see all the positive changes coming to the community.
