April 2, 2023I went in for a tour, and the lady showing us basically was there for a runway. she didn't hold the door open for us and almost slammed it on my toddler and husband. didn't say anything about the pool or other items of the apartment. I just basically walked from the office desk to a model room and told us this is what it looks like and then basically shooed us out. I asked if we could see the 2 bedroom one next, and she said no, but when I talked on the phone, they said it was no issue to see ...both on the same day. I guess she didn't want to climb the stairs in fear she would ruin her makeup or run out of breath. when I asked for any more information, I was basically met with a blank stare. Definitely find another place to rent this one doesn't help out in any way possible.Property Manager Responded
