“pet friendly” means extra rent per pet per month. on site parking means $85 dollars a month for first come first serve spots (that are usually gone) . centipede infestations. constantly burning hot or freezing, no control on radiators. windows leak air causing constant breeze. maintenance guy is rude and unprofessional to say the least. . whole place is trashed the parking lot is covered in garbage and the dumpsters are never emptied. laundry is taxed. don’t come here. just go to cleveland, ...

they’ll tell you what you actually get for half of the price.

if you ask for anything to be fixed in the apartment expect it to take a few weeks before someone might come and take a look at your apartment. Also, you cannot control your heat. It gets so hot even in 30 degree weather you have to keep the windows open. The management doesn’t tell you anything important until something happens and you have to pay an arm and a leg/sacrifice something you thought you were getting.

I really enjoy the drakes. I have no complaints. the office staff is nice and so is the maintenance staff they have amazing personalities and are very helpful. When you put in a maintenance request they are fast, if you are late on rent they will work with you. The drakes have evereverything you need washers and dryers for each building private balcony close to all the shopping centers and close to the freeway. It's perfect so you stay here cause you like it. Oh also neighbors are nice and I have ...
