The apartments are very nice and spacious. The community is quiet and clean. The leasing team at the front and the maintenance team are all very helpful, nice, and professional. If I have any issues they always fix them as soon as possible. Selena and Meisha and the front always go above and beyond for residents. Andrea on the maintenance team pays close attention to details while working and she is very helpful, and professional.

The Edge at Traverse Point is great for people who are tired of the yellow walls, old cabinetry, out dates features of basic apartments. Plenty of food options around, right next to WinCo for cheaper groceries, ameneties are great, apt size options are good all around. Staff is knowledgable and in my experience work orders are done in a reasonable speed

I recently moved from another state and there was a hiccup in my original rental property in a different part of LV. I reached to The Edge Management Staff with a 3-day window to move. My credit and income checks were expedited, and I moved in 2 days later. I truly enjoy my apartment, the conveniences of shopping, groceries, a variety of fast-food spots and a number of parks to take my dog for a walk. Compared to where I lived prior to moving here, this meets my needs much better.
