The Elm has been incredible for us as first time apartment renters. Gracie and the front office staff have been so so helpful. The amenities are also great! We love it here!

My oven died on a Saturday evening after the office closed. I put in an online maintenance order, but worried it might get lost and so on Monday morning at 9:00, I called. Maintenance showed up within 10 minutes and I had a replacement stove installed by 11:30! Fabulous service , thanks so much.

As a military family, we’ve lived in more places than we can count—and this apartment complex is hands-down the best. It’s clean, welcoming, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. The dog park is our pug’s personal paradise, the pool and trails feel resort-level, and the parking garage? A shaded oasis that’s saved us from sun-scorched steering wheels. The amenities are great, the proximity to shopping and restaurants is perfect since I didn’t want to live downtown. Staff is helpful, maintenance is quick to respond. One year and loving it.
