Encore is truly our luxurious home away from home We have been living at Encore since 2022, and after 3 years here, we truly love it! The location is incredibly convenient, offering total freedom and quick access to Washington, D.C., as well as all the major landmarks in Alexandria and Arlington. Do not recommend Nothing works, they attempt to fix problems but the building is falling apartment. They will remodel the clubhouse but not the actual problems like the HVAC or the plumbing. This place is a nightmare and they will still exact you to pay rent and won’t let you out of your lease.

RENTER BEWARE! I loved living here until the new management company, Vest Residential, took over. I moved out in August of 2024 and have yet to receive my deposit. They initially sent the check to the wrong address and voided it after it was re-issued with no known reason even to the staff (which the lease office workers are amazing). I was given the contact information to the new management company and they refuse to answer my e-mails or calls. I will now have to take legal action. I would NOT ...
recommend renting here as long as Vest Residential is over the property.
