February 10, 2023The Estates at San Antonio has very nice town home apartments. The apartments are very big and spacious and it is very nice to have a two floor town home where you have the common space downstairs and rooms upstairs. Staff is very helpful and friendly, maintenance tries to get over to your apartment when there is a problem as soon as they can at working hours. February 10, 2023staff is very friendly and the apartments itself are big and spacious. i’ve lived here for a semester and it’s been great. any problem we’ve had has been fixed by maintenance. the rooms on the four bedroom apartments are very comfortable to live in, they’re big, and have very nice closet space. there’s been some inspections done to ensure everything goes well. i definitely recommend this place to live in, especially if you’re a student at utsa !!Review from Apartments.com
