New Management - Very Poor
November 30, 2025The new management refuses to return phone calls or emails. I have had 3-4 requests for assistance from the office and they NEVER pick up the phone during office hours and don't return messages. But if you owe them money, they suddenly have the ability to contact you to demand payment. I love the building, but the staff doesn't appear to care about resident concerns or needs. January 2, 2023Living at the Fenley is a very average experience. We never went to any of the community events because in the first few months of going to the gym no one ever spoke words to us, so we never felt inclined to go. Never met a single one of our neighbors, people barely look up from their key. They may flash a smile out of the side of their mouth once in a while. In the summer you can forget about afternoon naps if your apartment overlooks the pool, you’ll have kids screaming at the top of their ...lungs for several hours. One the kids start screaming, after dark, young adults can be heard having parties using the grill. I think I saw a group of boys making a music video once. When I would come in the front door occasionally, I would rarely get a smile from the front desk worker, let alone get them to look up from their computer (depending on the member). The one time we reserved one of the office spaces, they forgot to label it reserved and it was a very uncomfortable experience trying to tell someone to move all of their stuff because we had it reserved.Property Manager Responded

Not Great
June 5, 2022I have lived here for over a year now and the pool was open for 4 days and shut down. The managements does little to nothing to try to remedy the situation and is constantly going through new leasing agents. The building is titled luxury but constantly smells like weed and cigarette smoke, dogs barking constantly and the hallways are smelly and dirty. Super sad since it is not even a 2 year old apartment complex yet. Is not worth the price at all.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2022The Fenley has been a super welcoming space. Very convenient with the private work spaces in the common areas for when we were waiting for our Wi-Fi to be set up and we needed to do some online work. The people are very respectful and the hallways are very quiet 99% of the time. Even though it is close to the airport, the air traffic noise is hardly a problem (same with the metro transit).
