nice neighborhood
September 27, 2021Area is nice especially for children. You can take a walk or jog in area. Maintenance is GREAT. They always answer immediately and fix problem accordingly. However there is a pest issue involving ants and termites. I’ve never had a mouse or roach problem here which is a plus. Window lighting is also great. It’s kind of smaller than what I’m used to. The price is kind of high for the size of apartment and walls are kind of thin but the area kind of makes up for it.Review from Apartments.com

There is also a free bus to get around Bethesda. These are older apartments that have been renovated and nicely maintained. March 15, 2021It is refreshing when you leave your apartment and come out into the hall where it smells so nice and fresh everyday. The Fields of Bethesda is a place where the hallways are kept clean and the property and grounds are very well kept with excellent and caring Management & Maintenance Service. March 15, 2021Quiet safe neighborhood, lots of parks for kids and pets, schools, metro station is within walking distance, same as a gas station, and the grounds are kept pretty clean. All staff are very helpful and do a great job despite the high number of tenants and issues they deal with. Maintenance is good though big shout out Obuma he does a good job at completing service work orders. Apartments need to be maintained well - they dont do any AC filter changes which is very important to do. I will be giving my notice to leave once my leases is over.Review from Apartments.com
