The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Centipedes all around the carpet. Management was not very helpful. Stay away from it.

Area is nice especially for children. You can take a walk or jog in area. Maintenance is GREAT. They always answer immediately and fix problem accordingly. However there is a pest issue involving ants and termites. I’ve never had a mouse or roach problem here which is a plus. Window lighting is also great. It’s kind of smaller than what I’m used to. The price is kind of high for the size of apartment and walls are kind of thin but the area kind of makes up for it.

The Feilds is a great place to live. Its clean and maintenance is awesome. Tenants are great and a great place for kids, management is the best. I recommend that if your looking for a place to live its the Feilds they Rock.

The community is nice and quiet, I feel confident walking any time even at night. And regards in parking yes we do have sticker where you can park anywhere theres a vacant space, but we dont have specific parking space.

The Fields have new management and they are awesome. They are on their game. I had a emergency and in less than hour they were on the job fixing. They are an awesome team management and maintenance keep up the good work everyone. Love living in The Fields of Bethesda, tenants are great. Great for children.

Location location location - The Fields of Bethesda is located in a very prime area in Bethesda. The Metro is nearby with easy access to major highways. There is also a free bus to get around Bethesda. These are older apartments that have been renovated and nicely maintained. Office and maintenance staffs are very professional.

It is refreshing when you leave your apartment and come out into the hall where it smells so nice and fresh everyday. The Fields of Bethesda is a place where the hallways are kept clean and the property and grounds are very well kept with excellent and caring Management & Maintenance Service. Along with amenities such as very nice laundry rooms for those who do not wish to have the washer and dryer in their apartment, a very convenient business room with computers, printers and wifi for residents ...

Quiet safe neighborhood, lots of parks for kids and pets, schools, metro station is within walking distance, same as a gas station, and the grounds are kept pretty clean. All staff are very helpful and do a great job despite the high number of tenants and issues they deal with. Finding parking near your building can sometimes be a challenge, but for what you get - you are getting a great deal. Highly recommended.

Poorly management. Staff never address your issues within timely manner. Very hard to have communication with them.. Maintenance is good though big shout out Obuma he does a good job at completing service work orders. Apartments need to be maintained well - they dont do any AC filter changes which is very important to do. I will be giving my notice to leave once my leases is over.
