March 23, 2021When so many apartment communities these days push "luxury" amenities but ignore or don't understand basic upkeep, it's great to find dedicated office and maintenance staff who really know what they're doing! The older buildings were designed for before central air, so now the more recently added HAVC system works super efficiently to keep my bills down, and the in-unit laundry, which I'd love anyway, has been THE BEST during lockdown. August 14, 2020Living at the Fields of Rockville has been wonderful, although there have been some minor hiccups the staff has quickly communicated with me which puts my mind at ease. Office Manager Tiffany and Leasing Agent Josefina are a breath of fresh air. They quickly respond to requests and concerns and always are pleasant regardless of the subject matter at hand. I love the staff
December 19, 2017I have been living at the Fields of Rockville for almost four years. I loveeeee love loveee the staff Ahovi, Tiffany and Velma. Ahovi is an awesome property manager and Tiffany, the assistant manager is amazing even when I am the most difficult to please. Velma has the best customer service and she is always friendly.I have wanted to move several times because I am literally outgrowing my apartment but I have anxiety thinking about leaving the property; they have made my living experience so ...wonderful over the years. Even maintenance is amazing. Kwasi is so diligent and friendly I have come to love these people like family. In addition to the awesome staff, everything is close to this neighborhood. I also have children so it is also a plus that the neighborhood is very safe. All properties will have flaws but what matters is the staff and how they approach the issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Totally unprofessional
August 8, 2016I had an appointment scheduled in the afternoon, it was confirmed by email. I was obligated to a colleague to drive me there due to the long distance and rush hour. I was there 30 minutes prior to the appointment and now one was there, except for a sign saying that they are in a meeting and they going to be late. Someone (who i dont know who he was)opened the office and told me that they wont be there due to a meeting. Charming neighborhood, great staff!
August 6, 2016Just signed my 3rd year lease here! The neighborhood is charming and safe. 5 min walk to downtown Rockville, 10 min walk to Metro station and 2 blocks to great city bus access. The staff is friendly, responsive and personable. So far, my neighbors have been 100% pleasant and well-behaved. I love established, renovated vintage buildings and these are solid, well-appointed with great landscaping. Couldn't be happier here!Review from Apartments.com
BEST APARTMENT IN THE TOWN
July 20, 2015This is a best place to live. Its near(5 min walk) downtown of rockville. Walking distance to metro station and amtrak. Most bus routes are near. Environment is very clean, washer & dryer are inside the apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are present whenever you need something.
